Pricing for InvoicesAnywhere

There are two basic fees

• Monthly Management Fee
• Per Invoice Fee

 

Monthly Management Fee

There is a flat monthly fee of $10.00 for access to the site.  Unfortunately, hosting a secure payment site can be expensive.   This fee ensures we can continue to provide a secure site with 99.99% availability and to continue to add new features and functionality to the site.  Based on valuable feedback from our customers we make frequent changes to the site to make it do the things that make life easier for you and your customers.

Per Invoice Fee

As shown in the table below, you will see that the first 5 invoices you create in a calendar month are FREE.   We have users that only create a few invoices per month and we have others who create thousands.   If you are a company who creates more than 500 invoices a month, contact us so that we can work with you to come up with a custom pricing strategy.

If you find that your business model does not fit this standard pricing scheme, do not hesitate to contact us.   Each implementation can be tailored to fit your needs when they are outside of the standard pricing structure.

  

Custom Requirements

One very unique feature of our service is the ability to provide custom functions and create specialized modules.

Here are some of the features we can already accommodate that will require some customization before they can be implemented:

• Importing of transactions
• Exporting of transactions
• Customized invoice layouts
• Late notices (dunning)
• Online dispute management
• Custom reporting
• Custom fields for capturing additional information on your invoices
• Automated reporting

Those are just some of the options available.  We have built entire custom modules for our clients to suit specific business needs.

If you wish to implement any of these features, let us know and we will work with you to set them up.  Some of them require a bit of extra setup which may incur one time fees.  We will work with you to find agreeable terms based on your requirements.

How we bill for our fees

We bill on a monthly basis.  The first day of the month we will bill for fees incurred in the prior month.

• ACH

Payment Terms

Our terms are Net 30 days.  Fees that are unpaid after 30 days will cause your account to be put on hold and you will not be able to create additional invoices.  If your account is on hold, your customers will still be able to make payments for 30 days from the date your account is put on hold.  After that, the account will be de-activated until such time as the fees are paid.

Free 30 Trial Period

Once you have completed all of the setup step to get your account up and running, you will have 1 month from that date to use the site for free.   You will be able to create up to 5 invoices and you will not be charged the normal monthly fee.  If you wish to go live with your account, let us know.  We will have you sign a simple agreement for our services and we will set your company to be "live" and the 5 invoice limitation will be removed.   If your go live date is in the middle of a month, you will not be charged a prorated monthly fee for that month.  You will however be billed for any invoices you create during that month that are over the 5 free invoices you are are already allowed to create.

If you do not go live with your account and you have any unpaid invoices you have sent to your customers that have not been paid during your free trial period, your customers will have an additional 30 days to make their payments on the site.  After 30 days, the account will be de-activated until such time that you elect to go live with your account.  If your customers try to pay an invoice when your account is on hold or de-activated they will receive an on screen notice that your company is not currently active and they should contact you to arrange for payment of your invoice in some other way.
